DOTr Asec, Binasag ang isang Netizen na Nagsasabing dapat i-credit kay PNoy ang Manila Mega Subway Project

One of the officials of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) could not hold herself after seeing a video explaining why the Manila Mega Subway Project should be credited to Former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.

The said video posted by Michael Apacible Bulletin shows the alleged talk between the Philippines and Japan during PNoy's time to discuss the said megaproject which is now underway within the Duterte administration.

Apacible even b0asted the alleged signing between Pnoy and former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in 2015.

Many believed in Apacible's video so DOTr Assistant Secretary Goddess Hope Libiran could not hold herself but to correct the said vlogger. 

According to Libiran, Apacible used the original footage of the DOTr that they made under the Duterte administration. She also explained that it was from 1973 that the subway in Metro Manila was being studied.

But six administrations are said to have passed but the project is still not going forward and it is only now that it has started under the current President.

She also showed on her timeline the said project under the Duterte administration.

According to Asec, "Build Build Build" is happening in the current administration and not just "learning" and "drawing."

“March 16, 2018, pinirmahan ang Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Loan “Agreement para sa Metro Manila Subway. “November 2018, pinirmahan ang kontrata para sa General Consultant ng Subway. “February 20, 2019, pinirmahan naman ang kontrata para sa Design-Build Contractor ng Subway.

“Isinagawa naman ang Groundbreaking Ceremony nito noong February 27, 2019. “December 2020, pinirmahan ang kontrata para sa mga tren ng Subway. “February 5, 2021, dumating ang unang Tunnel Boring Machine para sa subway at pinangalanan itong TBM “Kaunlaran”.

Ipinakita sa publiko ang 74-ton cutterhead nito. “Matagal nang pinag-aaralan, matagal nang ipanapanukala, matagal nang ipinapangako. “Ngayon lang magagawa at maisasakatuparan. “
