In the said episode of Raffy Tulfo in Action, "Felicity" complained against the helper Gerlie Jaim who took care of them. Jaim is paid by Felicity's grandmother who is now in Guam to take care of her siblings.
Jaim strongly denied the complaint against her and clarified that she was only disciplining the children she was taking care of.
Felicity's mother, Rowena Brisuela, explained that she was only forced to give the children to their grandmother because she could not find a good job to support them. If the custody of the children goes to her, Brisuela said that she will ask for support from their grandmother because she still don't have a job.
It was here that Brisuela’s ex-boyfriend and Felicity’s father Bjorn Malagueno were brought up in the conversation, said he was irresponsible and they don't expect any help from him.
Tulfo called Malagueno to talk to him about Rowena and Felicity. English was the language that Malagueno used while talking with Tulfo. Malagueno immediately got angry and said why Rowena did not take the case to court and why it was brought to Tulfo.
Tulfo criticized Malagueno's English speaking because all Filipinos know it and can speak Tagalog. But Malagueno continued talking English and said he had the right to do so. It was here that Malagueno suddenly curs3d Tulfo and then hung up the phone.

Brisuela, on the other hand, shared that she and Malagueno broke up because he was not doing the right thing for her and that he also had a vice.
Before the end of the said episode, Tulfo called the PDEA and asked Malagueno to be investigated. The PDEA promised that they will do everything to find out the truth about Malagueno.
