'Ready na ba?' Emotional Music Video ni Senator Pacquiao, Viral sa Social Media

Share:

Boxing Senator Manny Pacquiao recently spoke at a press conference to oppose the resolution of some of his party mates in the PDP-LABAN encouraging President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to run as vice president.

According to Pacquiao, the said resolution is not legitimate. He also insisted on not getting involved in politics but focusing on the solution to pandemic first.

The statement of Senator Pacquiao was not liked by some supporters of President Duterte. According to Radio Host and Vlogger Byron Cristobal aka Banat By, it seems that Pacquiao is against the promotion of President Duterte as vice president.

Cristobal also showed a photo where you can see posters with Pacquiao's face and the words "Manny Pacquiao 2022 President."

Manila Bulletin Writer and Government Supporter Krizette Laureta Chu also shared a music video where you can hear all good things about Pacquiao.

Read the reaction from the netizens on the said video:

Joey Sky Latayada: I actually like the idea of him showing his intentions as early as now. I would expect a full atta*ck and mudslinging from LP. The usual dem0nizing him just like what they did to another Manny. Once he get b3aten, it would be a soft cushion for Inday Sara to take over. If this is the ultimate plan of PDP-Laban. How fantastic it would be. My two cents. Opinion ko lang yan. Wag seryosohin.

Princess Zsohaniah: I would rather vote for willie revillame than MP.. i love Pacquiao from the ring. I used to wait for him running in Rizal staduim during my elementary years as he was training. He is disciplined. I like that in him but in the ring, he stills listens to his coaches on the strategy, his moves is not completely his own, the strength, yes! The will, yes! But the manipulation? He listens to his coaches on what the best way to knock down an opponent, if he is to lead, what would be the plan?? To listen to his constituents, his cr0nies? No decision making. Nope! Not for presidency, just giving key two cents in. No hat3. Just opinion.

Dindo Ylagan: Using the images and state of the poor, pandemic situation to make it appear that only he can lift them out of their “w0eful and poor” situation. Let us all learn from the past voters mistakes (erap and pnoy) in putting POPULARITY over the RIGHT person who can govern and lead the whole country and its people.

Peter Paul Chua: I'm getting emotional, until the lyrics changed and pacman appeared. Another campaign jingle ruining an original beautiful song. Classic trapo approach, making it appear as if Manny can end poverty. Poor Manny, sisirain ka ng mga taong ganid sa paligid mo.

Kalikoterong Nars: Yes, Manny is qualified to run for president as per qualifications per se. As what the video shows he is depicted as the champion for the poor. Being president is not just helping the poor, it is running the country as a whole. Of course, rags to riches story is inspiring but not enough to be qualified as president. I respect Manny as our pambansang kamao, I think aspiring for higher position such as president is too ambitious for Manny. I did not vote for him when he ran for senator. I think he does not have the qualities of a leader. He will never equate the qualities of Duterte's leadership. I am not comparing him to pduts but for me, the next president should surpass what qualities duterte has. Opinion ko lang naman.
