“There’s a ruckus going on and the f!ght for vccne possession is ongoing. It’s a very serious one. Itong mga country na sinabi ko, nag-aagawan sila. Kailangan sabihin natin yan para malaman how unfair it is really if you are on the side of the poor. I have ordered Sec. Galvez to sign any document that will allow the private sector to import at will,” added President Duterte.

The President also explained the re-implementation of enhanced community quarantine in some parts of Luzon. “Lockdown na ‘yan eh. Halos. Ako ang pinakahuling tao dito sa Pilipinas na magpapahirap sa Pilipino. Kung nandyan lang sa akin ang magic wand na maalis agad ang problema natin, gagawin ko,” added the president.
President Duterte revealed that there are countries that overlap with vccines. He also announced the granting of permission to private companies to import the said vccine.
