‘Sa India P595 ang Halaga, pero sa Pilipinas P18,000 na!’ Duque, Binutata ni Tulfo

Journalist Raffy Tulfo keep on asking Department of Health officials Eric Domingo and Health Secretary Francisco Duque about World Health Organization's (WHO) donation.

Tulfo discovered that the World Health Organization (WHO) allegedly donated millions worth of Remdesivir to the DOH. The journalist also questioned the seemingly more expensive charge in the Philippines of Remdesivir.

According to Tulfo, in India it costs only 595 pesos per injection of medicine while in the Philippines it costs 18,000 pesos per injection. Tulfo also wants to find out in which hospital the Remdisivir went to.

“Hinahamon kita Mr. Duque! Puwede ba? In the name of transparency, ipakita niyo sa taumbayan ang mga pangalan ng ospital at kung sino-sino ang mga tinurukan. You don’t have to mention the name. Just tell us kung yung ba ay pang mahirap o mayaman, public o private. I’m sure hindi niyo kayang gawin iyon,” said Tulfo.

Raffy Tulfo recently challenged Duque to resign as DOH secretary. He added that Duque should not embarrass President Duterte.

Ang sinasabi niyo ay, ‘I serve at the pleasure of the President’.
