“It is with a sad note that I announced that Attorney Jude Sabio passed away yesterday, April 13, at 4:30 a.m. and his remains will be cremated today April 14, di3d of stroke but he was also tested positive for c0v1d 2019.” according to Atty. Larry Gadon.
One of the reasons why Sabio withdrew his complaint against President Duterte to the ICC was the lack of support from Former R3bel and Former Senator Antonio Trillanes.
According to Sabio, he receives P50,000 - P100,000 per month from the former senator but it stopped when Trillanes' term in the senate ended.
“I denounce their fraudulent ploy against me. Together with my wife, who has been my constant companion, I endured a lot of hardship and sacrifice for handling Matobato’s cas3s in Davao. For more than once, I ran out of money for food and hotel in Davao, because they failed to send the needed budget for my trip and stay in the Davao region,” said Atty. Sabio last 2020.
