In his social media post, Tiglao questioned Isko's statement and also shared about the alleged oligarch who supports Isko.
Read his post below:
“DYNASTIES OR OLIGARCHS?"
"I don’t believe a government position is inherited in a democratic government. In a democracy, the people make the choice,” Manila Mayor Isko Moreno said. Ilang mayor and other politicians kaya ang ininsulto ni Yorme, help me out — Aquinos of course, Binay, Belmonte, Estradas, Andaya, Angara, Cayetanos, Cojuangcos, Pimentels, Rectos, Revillas, Tolentinos of Tagaytay, Remullas, Villars, Ynareses of Antipolo, for 12 years Fernandos of Marikina, Roxases, Ampatuans, Ortegases, Marcoses, Gatchalians of Bulacan… Could Mary Grace Llamanzares have run for president and then Senator if she didn’t inherit the name Poe? Could a Gerona have been VP if she did not inherit her late husband’s name? What I want to hear from Yorme is his comment on rumor na hawak siya sa ilong by an oligarch whose fortune was built in Manila. Dynasties indeed weakens our democracy. But what makes it a farce is that oligarchs direct political leaders whether they are from a dynasty or not. Yorme is wrong, with very few exceptions (as in the case of Duterte in 2016) it is not the people, who make the choice, it is the oligarchs.” said Tiglao.
