In his social media account, Retired Journalist Jay Sonza posted that the son of International Cr1minal Court Pr0secutor Fatou Bensouda is being involved in 1llegal d*ugs.

“Mabuti naman at nakapagretire na pala si ICC Pr0secutor Bensouda, iyong anak niyang sangkot sa d*ugs sa America. Coca1ne smuggl1ng lang naman iyong kas0 ng anak niya sa USA.” according to Sonza.

During the research, there were few discovered articles that actually involved Bensouda's son. Here are some parts of the archived article from the FBI website.

“George Bensouda, 28, Altoona, Wis., is charged with possessing a f1rearm with an obliterated serial number and with possessing coca1ne with intent to distribute. The ind1ctment alleges that he possessed a p1stol and coca1ne on November 14, 2010.

Bensouda faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal pr1son on the f1rearms count and 20 years in federal pr1son on the d*ug count. The charges aga1nst him are the result of an inv3stigation by the Altoona Police Department and the Bureau of Alc0hol, Tobacco, F1rearms, and Explos1ves. The pr0secution of this ca*se has been assigned to Assistant U.S. Attorney Rita M. Rumbelow.”

This was the content from the article of the news website twincities in 2017. According to the media outfit, the younger Bensouda d1ed in 2017.

“A woman described as one of the most influential people in the world — who serves as the chief pr0secutor of the International Cr1minal Court in The Hague — lost her son to g*n v1olence in St. Paul earlier this year. George Bensouda, 33, was f*tally sh0t outside the St. Paul Saloon in the Dayton’s Bluff area on the night of Jan. 29. At the time of the k1lling, police took the unusual step of not publicly naming him.

In Wisconsin, Bensouda had been accus3d in a string of g*n-related cas3s. In November 2010, several people reported they were out drinking and went to Bensouda’s Eau Claire apartment, where they were playing video games, according to a transcript from a hearing in federal court.

Bensouda allegedly became ang*ry when a man acc1dentally bumped his television and Bensouda began sh00ting at him, a pros3cutor told the court. The man was not 1njured, and Bensouda was charged with attempted first-degree hom1cide in Wisconsin court, along with possessing a f1rearm with an obl1terated serial number and possession of coca1ne with intent to deliver in federal court.”
TwinCities is a newspaper company based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. ICC Pros3cutor Bensouda's name became famous again after she decided to continue the inv3stigation against President Rodrigo Duterte regarding the cr1me aga1nst human1ty related to the government's w*r on dr*gs.
