It will be recalled that President Rodrigo Roa Duterte ordered the arr3st of barangay captains who did not implement safety protocols during the pand3mic.

During the interview of Abscbn news with Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, the mayor said he is not convinced in impris0nment.
