The 1Sambayan group has released the six selected heads to be their possible candidates for the 2022 Presidential Election.

And they are:

1. VP Leni Robredo

2. Ex-senator Sonny Trillanes

3. Senator Grace Poe

4. CIBAC Rep Bro. Eddie Villanueva

5. Atty Chel Diokno

6. Batangas Rep Vilma Santos Recto

Some of those mentioned are well-known members of the opposition such as Trillanes, Robredo and Diokno.

 

They have not yet mentioned whether they also have candidates for the senatorials. Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno was el1minated from the possible nominees.

The 1Sambayan probable candidates have not yet given a statement. Netizens are also waiting for the palace's comment on 1Sambayan's selections.

1Sambayan was established to unite all the opposition and to face Duterte administration's candidate next year.

 

According to the group, they already have 40 coalitions and organizations that affiliate with them. They also added that they have reached four million members.

1Sambayan is led by Former Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales, Former Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio, and Former Foreign Affairs Chief Albert del Rosario.
