“Maam, Nasa listahan kita” — Pangako ni Jim Paredes kay de Lima

After Senator Leila de Lima announced her plan to run again  for the next election to extend her term, her supporters and colleagues immediately show their support.

It will be recalled that De Lima said she would f1ght even if she is impris0ned. “Tatakbo akong muli. Hindi ako susuko. Tuloy ang laban!” said De Lima.

One of De Lima's fans is Legendary OPM Artist Jim Paredes who has promised to include the senator on his list. “Leila DeLima will be running for the Senate. Maam, you are on my list.” said Paredes.

It is not known in what list Paredes is talking about so netizens are a bit confused.

 

Lopez asked if Paredes can vote in the Philippines even though he is an Australian citizen. “Una, di ba Australian citizen ka? “Pangalawa, it follows hindi ka registered voter dito. “Or, gaya ba ng mga kapwa mo elitista na kung saan convenient sa inyo eh dun kayo? Yung tipong may option ka maging Australyano o Pilipino depende sa kapricho nyo?"

Former Secretary Rigoberto Tiglao also mentioned Jim's Australian identity. Now, for the first time, the OPM Artist has answered and said he can vote even if he is an Australian Citizen.

 

The singer's citizenship was also an issue then but he did not answer his critics about it.
