According to the website socialblade.com the reduce in Tulfo’s subscribers began on September 24th. Tulfo had the largest number of subscribers lost on September 25, reaching up to 200,000.
The journalist seems to have failed to stop his followers declining as his subscribers were still reduced by more than 100,000 the day he released his statement on September 27th.

“Meron pong mga naghikayat sa akin na maging ka-tandem nila para maging bise presidente this 2022 elections, at yun po ay tinanggihan ko.” revealed the journalist. “I said no. Why? Dahil mataas po ang respeto ko kay PRRD, kay Pangulong Duterte. At wala po akong intensiyong babanggain siya sa darating na halalan.” he clarified.
He also explained that he didn't compare his followers and those who voted for the President. But the public seemed unconvinced because they watched the journalist’s controversial statement on the Wanted program on Radyo on September 20.
“Ten thousand kasi ang nawalan ng trabaho. Kung pwedeng baka sabihin ni Lord, sige ten months, okay na ulit. Di ba?” the journalist said then.
“Kumabaga, magbabanggaan yong 16 million versus 42 million subscribers. Forty-two million yata ‘yong subscribers. Kung i-combine mo pa baka 50 million, so 60 million, so alin mas marami dun?”
