In his Facebook post, Padua made his accus@tion in public against Pacquiao. According to him, he was adding money to the services rendered for Pacquiao who is now running in the top position.
“Di pa ko bayad ng 3 months as Senate speech writer mo and 3 months as MPBL commissioner. Walang sistema. Ayaw sumunod sa payo. Kung ano lang maisipan mo.” said Padua.
This is Padua's response to Pacquiao's statement about his distribution of money in Batangas the other day.

It will be recalled that the issue of money seems to have erupted against Manny Pacquiao in recent months. Pacquiao's camp has not yet responded to the new accus@tion against the Pambansang Kamao.
Last August, Legendary Filipino Rock Icon Mike Hanopol of Juan dela Cruz band revealed that he was not paid by Pacquiao for his written songs.
