Mega-mansion ni Pacquiao sa Forbes Park, for sale sa halagang P2.3-Bilyon Pesos

Presidential Aspirant and Senator Manny Pacquiao is selling his mansion in Forbes Park, Makati for billions of pesos.

According to presello.com, the said ‘Zen-inspired mansion’ that Pacquiao bought in 2011 as his ‘peace offering’ to his wife Jinkee was at least worth 2.3 billion pesos. In some reports, the said mansion worth 388-M pesos and now the selling price is 2.3-B.

It can be seen in the pictures that what they are selling is the house of the pambansang kamao that the public has seen several times.

 

Last year, it was also reported that Pacquiao sell the said mansion for 1.5-B. In 2019, it underwent a renovation which Jinkee shared with her fans on social media. It is not known what caused Pacquiao to sell his mansion. Pacquiao is also selling his mansion in Los Angeles for 226-M pesos.

In 2014, it was first reported that Pacquiao would sell their mansion for 708-M due to complaints from their neighbors. There were visitors to the mansion of the pambansang kamao who were just wearing ordinary clothes.

“Nakakahiya naman sa mga kapitbahay ko na may mga bisita akong nakatsinelas lang. Baka nakakaistorbo ako, siyempre sikat na sikat na subdivision yun.” Pacquiao said in an interview with him earlier. “Ako naman kasi, wala akong pinipili na bisita. Ayoko naman na iba yung pagkatao ko. Kahit marating ko na ako yung pinakamayamang tao sa buong mundo, para pa rin ako sa mahihirap.” he added.

 

The pambansang kamao is now running for the presidency and it is no joke that he can spend a lot of money during the campaign.
