Panoorin: Ekis? Pacquiao, Walang Makukuhang Suporta mula sa One Cebu Leaders

It is unclear whether Sen. Manny Pacquiao will receive support from the ruling party today in Cebu Province. It will be recalled that the pambansang kamao toured the province of Cebu for two days to meet with his supporters there.

But for Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia, they will not be able to support Pacquiao's candidacy because of their impression of the pambansang kamao. According to Garcia, they tried to schedule a meeting with Pacquiao several times but he did not show up to them. They said they found out that the senator was already meeting Cebu governor's opponent.

 

“He just put up a gubernatorial candidate against me so I guess that will not seat well with the ONE Cebu leaders.” said Garcia. “How can we support a candidate who is supporting my opponent,” she added.

Several presidential candidates also sought endorsement from Garcia. Some of those who received the courtesy call from the governor were former Senator Bongbong Marcos and Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno.

It will be recalled that this is not the first time that local leaders seem to be disappointed with the actions taken by Pacquiao.

 

In the same month, the mayors of Benguet slamm3d Pacquiao, who also visited there. The senator att@cked ACT-CIS Representative and Benguet caretaker Eric Yap for c0rruption. “For Sen. Pacquiao to think that he will win over Benguet – which has the largest piece of total votes in the entire Cordillera – by lambasting our caretaker Congressman is misplaced and wrong,” said the mayors.
