On November 5, Tulfo once again called Oplan T00khang a ‘fa1lure’ in front of many people. According to him, the current administration did was not enough because not everyone who surrendered to the government was taken action.
Hopefully, the individuals who surrendered during the height of Oplan T00khang will be taken to the rehabilitation center. “Maganda sana yung umpisa, pagkatapos magpalista pinauwi na, ang nangyari pagkalipas ng ilang araw yung mga nag-surrender, karamihan sa kanila, alam niyo na siguro.” said Tulfo. “Sana, merong follow-up, rehab, wala eh, kulang, sayang. Andon na mga ad1k, identified na willing na mag-cooperate sa gobyerno para mabigyan ng solusyon ang kanilang problema sa dr0ga kaso hindi e,” he added.
Tulfo also admitted that many netizens criticized him when he called the said government program a fa1lure.
Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa who then led Oplan T00khang replied that the people should be the one to say whether Oplan T00khang is a ‘fa1lure’ and not a Raffy Tulfo.
Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go also believes that the said government program is a success. This is also what Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez and Leyte 4th District Rep. Lucy Torres-Gomez’s said on the success of ‘Oplan T00khang’.
“Siguro kung wala kang firsthand experience, madaling sabihin na fa1lure yung programa ni presidente. Pero pag galing ka sa isang lugar tulad ng Ormoc, nung 2016, makikita mo na talagang very effective yung trabaho na ginawa ng kapulisan,” said Gomez.
