"Robredo is for the elite. No amount of lugaw or spaghetti will make people think otherwise" — Director Manny Castaneda

Ang beteranong aktor at direktor ng pelikula na si Manny Castaneda ay nagpost sa kanyang Facebook upang ibahagi ang kanyang opinyon tungkol kay Leni Robredo at sa kanyang presidential bid. 

Naniniwala si Castaneda na ang kandidatura ni Robredo ay nakasalalay sa Liberal Party na kung tawagin ng publiko ay Dilawan/Pinklawan. Ipinaliwanag pa niya kung bakit ang pakikisama sa Liberal Party ay isang sum*pa sa halip na isang pagpapala para kay Robredo.

 

"What’s working against Robredo is the company she keeps, the Liberal Party otherwise known as the Dilawan or Pinklawan. They have deceived us for decades and has made us believe that they meant well for the country when in fact all their actions were for their own benefit, primarily to protect their businesses and other personal interests."

Pangalawa, si Robredo ay kumakatawan sa maling grupo, dagdag pa ni Castaneda. Aniya, kumbinsido siyang lubos na alam ito ng masa at hindi mapapantayan ng lugaw o maputlang spaghetti na makakapagpabago sa kanilang pananaw.

Undoubtedly, Robredo is for the elite. And I am convinced that the masses are fully aware of that and no amount of tasteless lugaw or pale spaghetti will make them think otherwise. Neither will I, pagtatapos ni Castaneda.

Faith-Nilo Jr Veloso: Lingid sa kaalaman ng mga relatives ko (those especially the elitistang "arrneo") I voted for Leni in 2016 out of loyalty. We went to the same school. She in the primary that time, I was in junior high. Her husband was my cousin's best friend and DILG upline. I remember close at hand stories about Jessie who was very down to earth. He ate whatever was served by my Mom at any moment's notice that the "tsinilas guy" was dropping by. Her girl cousins were my friends too. But then, when she allowed herself to get manipulated by the party/company she associated with, I got disappointed. I'm sorry not to vote for her this time, not because of her. Anyways, mine is only one vote, it doesn't count at all.

Sue Santos: Life is more than lugaw. Filipinos deserve better than lugaw. Don't get me wrong, but they treated Filipinos as patay gutom with the kind of service and help they are giving. Pwede na yan CR na pawid, pabahay na kahoy, lugaw, spaghetting nilalako, etc. Puro panandaliang tulong. Asan Ang pangmatagalang tulong at serbisyo para sa mga nasa laylayan at nakararaming Pilipino? Bakit di nyo suportahan ang laban ng gobyerno sa dr0ga, komunismo at ter0rismo, pandemya, k0rapsyon, kahirapan, etc? Asan ang tunay na malasakit?
