Presidential Aspirant and Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso called ‘baliktad ang utak’ the calls to give incentives or money to those who are not vacc1nated so that they can be convinced to get vacc1nated.

In his statement on Saturday, Moreno said it would not be good to give incentives to those who are not vacc1nated while those who get vacc1nated voluntarily will not receive anything.

“Kasi tingnan n’yo eto. So, nag-tiyaga. Alas-4 ng umaga nag-tyaga, nagpabakuna,” Domagoso said. Maling gobyerno ata ‘yun?” added Moreno. “Parang baliktad yata ang utak nung nagisip nun.” the mayor added.

According to Yorme, there are other ways to encourage those who do not want to be vacc1nated. “Alam mo maganda yung lip service. Marami kasing nagli-lip service. So, that is my job. Eto ‘yung resulta,” said Moreno.

He also urged people not to believe those who spread f@lse information about the vacc1ne.

It will be recalled that one of those who suggested giving such incentives to the unvacc1nated was Moreno's political opp0nent Vice President Leni Robredo.

“Hindi krimen ‘yung magpabakuna pero babalik ako du’n sa dati kong paniniwala na kailangan nagbibigay tayo ng incentive para magpabakuna ‘yung mga tao,” said Robredo on her radio program.
