
President Duterte, on the other hand, clarified that even if their names were mentioned, it doesn't mean that they are guilty because they still have the opportunity to defend themselves in court. The President also revealed some of the engineers of the provincial districts of the said congressmen.
Here is the list of names of the said congressmen provided by the Presidential Anti C0rruption Commission (PACC).
1. Occidental Mindoro Rep. Josephine Ramirez Sato: Because of her ghost project.
2. Former Ifugao Rep. Teddy Baguilat: Receives under the table on Ifugao construction projects.
3. Quezon City 5th District Rep. Alfred Vargas: Requests a “one-time enrollment fee” worth 1-M pesos and 10-12% SOP before awarding the project to contractors.
4. Misamis Occidental Rep. Henry Oaminal: Possibly owns a construction company that handles several government projects in his jurisdiction.
5. Isabela 4th District Rep. Alyssa Sheena Tan: Allegedly owns construction companies that handle some government projects in her jurisdiction.
6. Northern Samar 1st District Rep. Paul Daza: He allegedly decides who will win the bidding in his constituency in exchange for 20-25% under the table from the contractors.
7. Quezon Rep. Angelina “Helen” Tan: It is said that she has project that has not been used but already destroyed by the typhoon.
8. ACT-CIS Rep. Eric Yap, as caretaker congressman of Benguet: He allegedly used his influence to choose the district engineer in his jurisdiction to control the bidding.
9. Bataan Rep. 1st District Geraldine Roman: "It is said that she is asking for a 10% kickback on all DPWH projects in her jurisdiction."

Some of the names mentioned are well-known critics of President Duterte. But there are also some congressmen mentioned who have shown favor in the reforms being promoted by the current administration.
