Law enforcement recently conducted an operation against c0mmunist r3bels. Nine were reportedly d3ad by government forces. After the operation, several personalities reacted at the same time. They said that those who were reportedly d3ad were legal activist.
One of the protesters that strongly reacted was Bayan Official Renato Reyes. According to Reyes, the victims were not an arm3d r3bel.
“Lahat po ng inar3sto, lahat ng pina*tay, all of them were legal act!vists. They are unarm3d. Sila po ay legal act!vists publicly known, they are known by their communities, they are staying in their homes. They are not personalities of alleged c0mmunist-terr0rist group as the PNP claims. Hindi po sila armad0ng reb3lde,” said Reyes.
The mil!tary did not ignore the l!es of leftist groups. On their social media account, they revealed their evidences.
“This is one of the so called “activist” that Karapatan and CPP front orgs are telling us. He is one of those k!lled during last Sunday’s Law Enforcement Operations (LEO). He is Ariel Evangelista,” according to Armed Forces of the Philippines – Southern Luzon Command.
“They are just some of the “act!vists” who f0ught with law enforcers in Rizal and Batangas during the serving of SWs last Sunday. Clearly they are arm3d so act!vists still? Remember KARAPATAN act!vist Gwendhyl Malabanan who was captur3d together with NpAs? Let’s watchout for these people who insists they are act!vists,” said Gen. Parlade in his FB account.
