“It’s really unfortunate that the acting president of the party is accus1ng the chairman, who is the president of the country, of those things that Sen. Pacquiao said openly. Hindi po naman siguro tama yun na sarili mong bahay susunugin mo. If you don’t like your house, don’t say something about it, lumayas ka muna bago mo sunugin ang bahay mo,” according to Cusi.
The Energy Secretary said this after Pacquiao's statement against President Duterte.
“Pacquiao keeps on talking about how we (the current administration) is three times more c0rrupt than the previous administration. So I am challenging him, Point those offices that are c0rrupt. And let me take care of it. Within one week, I will do something. You have said nothing all these years, but you were all praises for me. Then now you say we’re c0rrupt. Where’s the c0rruption? Which offices? If you fail to do that, I will campaign aga1nst you because you are not doing your duty. Do it because, if not, I will just tell the people: Do not vote for Pacquiao because he is a l1ar. I am not questioning your ability, intellectually or what. But if you can’t do that, I will be after you every day. I will expose you as a l1ar. I put you on notice: I will tell all (about you) and I will go aga1nst you during the election period. If you don’t do that, you’ll just be another son of a b1tch playing some politics,” said President Duterte to Senator Pacquiao.
