He initiated the ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL rulings case against Chinas aggression in the west Philippine Sea filed before the international court under UNCLOS which the Philippines won the ARBITRAL AWARDS rulings in the West Philippine Sea under UNCLOS, he Defended Philippine Sovereign Rights in the West Philippine Sea on the disputed islands illegally claimed by China and uphold the rights to freedom of navigation and lifted the code of conduct maritime zone in the west Philippine Sea, protect and defended our exclusive economic zone, or maritime zones, he cares about the future of every Filipino citizens in the country and to the younger generations, he is a very highly competent person and a judge, he knows about every law of any thing, or of any kind under the sun, God-Fearing, always ready to help, a humanitarian, futuristic political figure for a better future president in 2022. I like Justice Antonio Carpio. He is THE MAN FOR THE JOB. He has the GUTS AND THE BRAIN. If you don't have the brain, he will give you the brain. If you don't have the guts, he will give you the GUTS. I believe that Justice Antonio Carpio will change the system of our government into a FEDERAL STATE FORM OF GOVERNMENT, or FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, thus eliminating factions, or individuals within the groups, or political party abolishing PARTYLIST SYSTEM IN CONGRESS, because these groups of individuals, or a member party have only the mentality only to serve their own groups, or organizations, or they are only allowed to contribute only to their own members, or contributing only within their groups, or individuals, or a party members, and not to the whole parties, or non members, or outside of a PARTYLIST SYSTEM MEMBERS, or to the whole people who are outside members. These PARTYLIST SYSTEM are taking away the very CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE. That is why by abolishing the PARTYLIST system in congress will abolished POLITICAL DYNASTIES, by then we will have laws in congress that prohibits political dynasty. Therefore minimizes the power of the political parties own by laws programs and made up constitutions into a non-existence programs of governing body, diminishing the control of the PARTYLIST SYSTEM BASED in our communities, to local government districts, government agencies and departments into a halt, which will transform the focus of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT taking back the POWER OF GOVERNING CONGRESS to the people, by the people, and for the people under THE PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION, NOT TO THE PARTYLIST SYSTEM, or influenced by a communist ideology. We will take back of what is ours for the people in CONGRESS and will continue the work unfinished by President Duterte, as what Duterte claimed that he cannot eliminate all corruption by just a single BLINK OF AN EYE, or in a moment to INHERIT INCORRUPTIBLE GOVERNMENT. The president is not a SUPERMAN, he cannot save all mankind and give them all what they desires to have from their government. Similarly to a SMALL LIZARD who thinks it can embrace the big tree wrapped around with his tiny, little arms, but he is just a small lizard in the face of the whole world, full of problems in front of him. What I would suggest that would be a solutions workable to our government and to our Filipino citizens, to our communities, to families and childrens is to be tolerant of the governments mistakes. We cannot have a ZERO DEFECTS IN OUR GOVERNMENT WHEN IT COMES TO MANAGING TRANSITION AND CHANGE. If we waited until the changes could be made perfect, we would make Justice Antonio Carpio to continue the transition for change in our government for GOOD GOVERNANCE AND GOODWILL TO THE PEOPLE. Now, the leftist, or the PARTYLIST members, or oppositions might see it what looks like a dumb move, and do something that looks wrong to them. The leftist, or the PARTYLIST SYSTEM members, or oppositions must remember that it will look right if they knew more about the constitution and the Supreme Court, which it states that Article 7, Section 4 of the 1987 Constitution reads: "THE PRESIDENT SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY RE-ELECTION. No person who has succeeded as President and has served as such for more than four years shall be qualified for election to the same office at any time". If the president runs again. This will violate and is prohibited by the constitutional provisions on reelection and needs the Supreme Court for a resolution, or decisions which is, and that is not allowable under our CONSTITUTION. We would expect in 2022 when we choose our president with a lot of CRITICISMS DURING TIMES OF PRESIDENTIAL TRANSITION AND CHANGE WHEN WE ABOLISH THE PARTYLIST SYSTEM IN CONGRESS. The PARTYLIST system members, or the oppositions, or leftist will probably will not have a very good time. I would desperately recommend that they need the help and support from the government when we have our new president in 2022.
