Sinulat ni Reyes ang open letter upang sabihin kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na wala siyang dapat ihingi ng sorry, dahil ginawa niya ang kanyang makakaya at marami pa siyang nagawa, kung saan hindi nagawa ng karamihan sa mga nauna sa kanya.
Binanggit ni Reyes ang walong malalaking isyu, na sa palagay niya ay mahusay na nagampanan ng Pangulo. Tinapos ni Reyes ang open letter sa pamamagitan ng pag-iwan ng isang quote na, "history will judge him by the kind of enemies he made."

MR. PRESIDENT, You did your best and have accomplished a lot in areas where most, if not all, of your predecessors have fail3d. You f0ught so many battles all at the same time.
As such, you have become the #1 EN3MY of the ff elements: dr*ugs and cr1minal synd1cates dr*ug protectors, narco politicians, r0gue cops t3rr0rists and big-time ext0rt1onists gr3edy oligarchs and kingmakers oligarch-controlled lam3stream media big time tax evaders aliens who want to keep us as their puppet c0rrupt officials who want to take their power back History will judge you by the kind of en3mies you have made.
