Abscbn, Hindi umano Binayaran ang Youtube Sensation na si David Dimuzio sa Royalties nya

It seems that legal action of Youtube sensation David Dimuzio will take over his issue with ABS-CBN that according to him, he is not paid even a single peso.

In his Facebook post, David asked help to netizens in finding a lawyer to contact ABS-CBN. According to him, he does not receive any royalties from the said company that holds his album released here in the Philippines.

David has been trying to talk to ABS-CBN for seven years but he is not getting a good response from the company. “Does anyone know a good attorney I can hire to contact ABS-CBN? They have never paid me even ONE PESO of royalties contractually owed on the songs I released through their record label and publishing company Star Songs, and every time I have inquired over the past 7+ years they either blow me off or don’t respond at all to my request for a royalty statement. Songs I released through them have garnered millions of streams.” said David.

 

So far, ABS-CBN and Star Music have not made an official statement about David's complaint against them. He also produced original songs in the Filipino language that netizens enjoyed.
