Some netizens could not help but complain after they were allegedly late in their destinations due to the traffic allegedly caused by the BBM-Sara caravan held in Quezon City this Wednesday.
Earlier, the Quezon City Government already warned about the traffic that could be caused by the said event, but many netizens were still overtaken by the caravan.
A certain motorist just expressed his annoyance in a post.
“Kanina pa walang usad dito sa commonwealth dahil sa BBM caravan, bw1sit. Magnan@kaw na ng pera, magnan@kaw pa ng oras,” according to netizen @itslesterrr
BBM's camp apologized to those who were disturbed by the caravan. According to them, they did not expect so many people who will come to show their support.
“Humihingi na rin ng paumanhin at pang-unawa ang BBM-Sara UniTeam sa mga motorista, biyahero, pamahalaang lungsod at maging sa MMDA (Metropolitan Manila Development Authority) kung ang nasabing Unity Caravan ay nagdulot ng pagsikip sa daloy ng trapiko,” said Atty. Vic Rodriguez, Marcos' spokesman.
So far, the Quezon City Government has not made an official statement on the traffic that occurred in the BBM-SARA caravan.
