Gwyneth Anne Chua or better known today as ‘Poblacion Girl’ is likely to face multiple charges for skipping the mandatory quarantine for Filipinos arriving from abroad.

According to CIDG Director Police Maj. Gen Albert Ignatius Ferro, there is also a possibility to include Gwyneth's parents on the possible charges because they helped their daughter esc@pe the mandatory quarantine enforced by the government.

There are also hotel employees where Gwyneth stayed who are likely to face l@wsuits for their negligence.

It will be recalled that Gwyneth was so proud of her ‘connections’ that she did not go through quarantine. They also found out that the girl's father himself went to the Berjaya Hotel in Makati to pick her up.

Gwyneth is currently in an isolation facility in Metro Manila while the inv3stigation case is ongoing. “The investig@tors of CIDG were effective in the collection of evid3nce due to the cooperation of the management of the establishments involved, several concerned and responsible citizens who came forward to help in the inv3stigation, and the availability of the CCTV footages that allowed us to corroborate testimonies of witnesses and establish facts of the case,” said Ferro.

So far, they have not found any evidence to prove that the girl did go to the party with some of her friends. Ferro, on the other hand, said that what happened to Gwyneth should be a lesson to Filipinos who are planning to break the law.

“This is proof that the procedures and policies set by the IATF, especially on quarantine and isolation is vital for securing the welfare and wellness of the people. And everyone must adhere to the established protocols,” added Ferro.

The Chua family has not yet make a statement on the possible case that they will face in the coming days.
